This site has a VERY STRONG commitment to helping control Spamming on the Internet. It is very simple... do not send email to anyone who has not requested information from you...
This being the case we have the following SPAMMING POLICY.
- Spamming of ANY kind is prohibited using any of our services.
- Linking of our services to any Spamming activity or site is also prohibited.
- This includes but is not limited to the sending of ANY Unsolicited Email to any Internet Address, News Group, Usenet Group, Bulletin Board or any other location on the Internet.
- Failure to comply with this policy will result in the IMMEDIATE termination of your account on ClickBank - our affiliate management company. NO commission will be given.
- Further: if your Spamming activity results in loss of service to us we WILL impose a fine of not less than $500.00 per day.
- It is also our policy to report this activity to your server host and ISP.
- In Short: if you are Spamming - TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!
- We will not set up any service without a email confirmation that you have read and understand this policy. This is to protect you as well as our other customers.
- Affiliates of ClickBank promoting our service indicates you understand and agree with ALL aspects of this policy including the portion dealing with the imposing of fines for violations of this policy.
